

Esport Canada EDU Scholastic Invitational '25 featuring Rocket League
The Esport Canada EDU Scholastic Invitational returns in 2025 as Canada’s premier national scholastic esports competition. School teams from coast to coast will battle through regional qualifiers for a chance to claim the coveted title of National Champion.

This year’s invitational, culminating on April 26th, features two competitive divisions—U18 and U15—highlighting the rising stars of the Canadian scholastic esports scene. The event celebrates not only skill and strategy, but the collaboration, leadership, and sportsmanship that define the future of gaming in education.

Saturday, April 26th – Tournament Date: Esport Canada EDU Scholastic National ‘25 feat. Rocket League - Open to all EC EDU member schools

Who Can Compete?
This is an OPEN tournament, which means that any EC EDU member school is eligible to participate.
Schools can register up to three (3) Rocket League teams in their division. IF a school’s enrollment spans
both the U15 and U18 division, that school can enter up to four (4) teams with a maximum of three (3) in
any one division as long as that coach has at least two coaches supporting their students.
Who is an EC EDU member school?
Manitoba – Membership managed through Manitoba School Esports Association (MSEA)
Schools must be members in-good-standing of the MSEA to enter this tournament.

Tournament Structure:

Registered teams will compete in two divisions (U18 and U15)

All teams will compete in a Round Robin stage

All teams will compete in either Playoffs or Consolation (single elimination)
